What happened to the MaccyD cheeseburger?

Drunk last night I walked into the MaccyD’s on Oxford St for my regulation two cheeseburgers only to find out that the Oxford St MaccyD’s wouldn’t sell them to me, they only do value meals. What the hell is going on? Still drunk, I politely declined a huge meal and wandered instead into Burger King around the corner on Tottenham Ct Road and asked for two cheeseburgers. Either I was really drunk or something wierd is going on but the cheeseburgers in Burger King are identical in every way to the MaccyD cheeseburgers that I couldn’t purchase. Further investigation and less drinking is needed to find out if this is a local pheonenom due to MaccyD’s refusal to sell cheeseburgers on Oxford St.
